Hello! I believe counselling can be beneficial to anyone wanting to make changes and are looking for support as they navigate the different challenges they may be facing. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. I work with individuals who are experiencing a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, and interpersonal challenges.
I will work collaboratively with you to create goals and use evidence-based approaches to help you regain control of your life.
