Description
Working from a person-centred approach, I provide individual and couples counselling. I work with perinatal mental health, anxiety and depression, life adjustments, relationship dynamics, increasing emotional intimacy in relationship, anxiety, grief, trauma and loss. Within the safe space of the therapeutic relationship we'll come to understand how you have come to do some of things you do, adjust where needed and work towards transformation. In being heard authentically we discover in new ways who we are, and where we are headed.
