Description
Hi, I’m Victoria a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. My path, from NCAA Division 1 athlete to singer-songwriter to refugee youth program founder, drives my passion for helping others feel a sense of belonging. With a B.A. from Western Michigan and an M.A.C.P from Yorkville, I blend academic knowledge with lived experience. I take a client-centered approach and I work hard to create a space where you can feel safe, heard, and valued. I believe that no matter where you come from or what you’ve been through, you have the ability to create a meaningful, authentic life.

Summary
At LifeCycle Counselling we recognize how difficult it is to take the first step towards therapy, speak about your difficulties and explore uncomfortable emotions. We are a diverse group of therapists, many of whom have had our own mental health challenges and obstacles. We use client-centered approaches because we understand how important it is to meet you where you are. We respect differences, opinions, values, and attitudes. Many of our team members have extensive experience in dealing with a wide variety of issues and are familiar with various therapeutic modalities.
