I specialize in areas of depression, anxiety, grief, stress, self-esteem, cultural and relationship issues. I am a strong believer that the therapeutic alliance (between client and therapist) is important indicator for positive change. Those that know me would say that I am empathetic, non-judgemental and good listener; qualities that are important in improving therapeutic alliance. As a therapist it is important for me to provide dignity and respect to those that I help. I am dedicated towards collaborative person centered approach to help you move forward.

At LifeCycle Counselling we recognize how difficult it is to take the first step towards therapy, speak about your difficulties and explore uncomfortable emotions. We are a diverse group of therapists, many of whom have had our own mental health challenges and obstacles. We use client-centered approaches because we understand how important it is to meet you where you are. We respect differences, opinions, values, and attitudes.
