Description
I am a South Asian, first-generation immigrant, third culture kid, and father of three. I support BIPOC clients navigating marital conflicts, parenting struggles, family issues, life transitions (e.g., marriage, fatherhood, immigration), emotion regulation, and self-awareness. With native comprehension of Urdu and a deep understanding of Middle Eastern cultures, I relate well to diverse backgrounds. Outside therapy, I facilitate men’s support groups and workshops, addressing mental health gaps in BIPOC communities. My approach is empathetic, nonjudgmental, and honest.

We use client-centered approaches because we understand how important it is to meet you where you are. We respect differences, opinions, values, and attitudes.
