I specialize in supporting youth, adults, couples, and families find direction, relational harmony, and purpose when navigating life challenges. Whether it be grief, transition, trauma, illness, relational conflict, illness, anxiety, or otherwise, it is my greatest joy to come alongside my clients in their journey of reconciling life's inevitable sufferings with the surest kind of freedom: that of an internal quality, which cannot be threatened even by the most challenging of seasons.
