Description
I operate from an emotion focused, trauma-informed, body centered approach, that encourages a sense of collaboration and curiosity throughout the process. I work with teenagers and adults dealing with a broad range of issues including, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, life transition, shame, emotional regulation, and sports related stress and anxiety. It takes an incredible amount of courage to enter into the counselling process, and I would be honoured to be a part of this chapter of your story.
