Lauren is passionate about supporting women through the emotional, spiritual and physical experiences of pregnancy, postpartum and the transition to motherhood. She uses a relational and trauma-informed approach to help clients feel more present, connected to self and others, and supported. Lauren seeks to balance tending to immediate coping needs with doing the deeper work that contributes to improved long-term well-being. Lauren was trained in Gestalt psychotherapy, with additional professional development in perinatal mental health, traditional perinatal care, matrescence, and trauma.
