I offer identity-affirming support to Autistic youth who are making sense of their lived experiences and healing from them, reclaiming their narratives, and defining their identity. I emphasize that collaboration is a crucial piece of our work together because only you can decide whether you need support in things like: - expressing and understanding emotions - implementing boundaries - using effective coping strategies such as stimming - celebrating your unique identity - navigating a society that's not created for you I'd love to support you in becoming your own best advocate.
