I specialize in the treatment of relationships, communication, intimacy, sexuality, addiction & mental health. My framework is based on the science of attachment theory and psychodynamic approaches. Through evidence-based practices, we work collaboratively to reach conflict resolution, enhance resiliency and promote the re-establishment of healthy patterns. Through sessions, whether I work with you or your relationship, I facilitate dynamic interventions to create new bonding moments that foster cognitive awareness, emotional regulation, and behavioural changes.
