Description
My experience in the non-profit and private practice space provides a unique lens and specialization in relational issues, trauma, mental health challenges and sexual violence. With my support, and through our therapeutic relationship, I aim to help you feel less alone in your experience and work alongside you to bring about change within and outside of session. With your comfort, uniqueness, personal needs, and strengths in mind, I can help you to unearth behaviours that may be keeping you away from the life you long for!
