My name is Kat and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). We might be a good fit if you feel like you are living in a world that isn’t built for you. Maybe you have felt like you haven’t fit in and are hoping to find more self acceptance. We can work together to find out how to best meet your unique needs. I take a flexible approach so that you can feel comfortable in therapy, but also like you are getting the support you need to meet your goals.
I am holistic and person-centered, but I focus on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness.
