I am a bilingual (English and French) psychotherapist, offering individual and couple therapy. I use a person-centered and integrative approach, tailoring therapy to best fit your needs. My practice currently offers in-person therapy in center-town and west Ottawa. It also serves all of Ontario virtually via Telehealth. I am passionate about supporting individuals that struggle with Trauma/PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, and relational issues. I strive to provide an inclusive space for all clients I have the privilege of working with.
