I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a passion for working with the neurodivergent population. 

I operate from an integrated and Person-centered approach of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, where I hope to encourage the functional understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours for the sake of addressing the barriers that are standing in the way of you living a more flexible and values-congruent life.
In session, I present as inquisitive, calm, and affirming as I aim to understand you, your context, and where you'd like to go.
