Description
Psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity to engage in self and interpersonal exploration and to make meaningful connections in our lives. It is a place where together, we can navigate life’s many challenges and work to develop strength and resilience. I hope to offer a safe and supportive space in which to process, heal, and grow, and work to bring insight, awareness, and self-compassion into the therapy space. Therapy can be a space to discuss any topic, and focuses on accessing and creating resources, exploring emotions and, understanding thoughts and behaviours.
