I am a Couple, Family and Individual therapist with 17 years experience. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist. I see therapy as a chance to step back from the avalanche of information we are exposed to each day to determine what is important to you as an individual, couple or family. I also see it as a place to connect the dots, to develop a better understanding how our interpretations of situations and reactions to them are impacted by our past and present relationships.
