Ziv holds a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Spiritual Care from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has specialized training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and has completed the Intensive Sex Therapy Training Program at the University of Guelph. Drawing from an eclectic, evidence-based framework, she weaves together modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. She is particularly passionate about helping clients explore the intersection of sexuality, spirituality, and emotional well-being.
