Description

Trauma affects each of us, and navigating its complexities solo is tough. Your individual experience matters—I'll honour that uniqueness and ensure you feel supported throughout your journey.
My practice provides a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours without judgment. I strive to actively listen, clarify, and validate your experiences, while also challenging you towards achieving your desired outcomes.
Among other integrative approaches for trauma processing, I frequently utilize elements of talk therapy, IFS, CBT, solution-focused and mindfulness.

Summary

Trauma touches us all at some point, and navigating its complexities alone can feel overwhelming. By addressing the strong emotions, anxiety, depression, and lingering effects that trauma leaves behind, we can gain insight into your unique path and process the events you've experienced. Your journey matters. I will honour your uniqueness and ensure you feel supported each step of the way; whether that means actively listening to you, challenging you, encouraging you, or dropping a well-placed F-bomb (or other curse word), I will help you process many avenues of your journey.
