Coming from a trauma-informed care practice, I understand the deep-rooted experiences that can impact an individual. As a Certified Grief Professional (CGP) with education in clinical trauma, I understand that our past experiences can continue to impact us as we grow. We offer virtual counselling/therapy across Ontario. We offer in person counselling/therapy at our Aurora office.
