The focus of my practice is helping adults who are facing difficult transitions or other mental health challenges by using talk therapy. My unique background in art therapy (M.A. from New York University) influences my creative approach. Sessions: $140/hr (includes HST) In our sessions we will seek out the underlying causes of your distress in order to build resilience, foster growth and improve self-esteem.
