I work with adults who appear capable on the outside but are often overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt. This can show up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, or always needing to hold it together. You might be tired of feeling like it's all on you, even if no one else sees it. My approach is practical, honest, and down-to-earth — a space where you don’t need to perform or explain yourself. We’ll work together to understand the roots of these patterns and build tools to help you feel more steady, confident, and in control. Virtual therapy across Ontario + in-person in North York.
