Description
I'm Joanna, registered psychotherapist and certified life coach. I value authenticity, mutual respect, and self-agency, which guides my collaborative work with my clients. I draw from my lived experiences as someone who is a co-parent, Filipino immigrant to Canada, queer, neurodivergent, and in trauma recovery. I believe that spirituality is completely personal, and I am deeply spiritual with a background in Christian Theology & leanings towards Buddhist Philosophy.
