I believe therapy works best when people feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel empowered to move toward growth, positive change, and overall well-being. My client-centred approach is gentle, warm, and down-to-earth. I draw on a range of practices to support clients in exploring their experiences, building resilience, and reconnecting with their authentic selves. My work is guided by a holistic understanding of each person: the mind–body connection, the influence of social factors, and the importance of compassionate care.
