Summary
You didn’t come here by accident! You came here because a part of you is ready to start unpacking the many things you’ve tucked away over time. The best part is you don’t have to do it alone, as exploring life’s hurdles works better in collaboration. Connect with me or one of the amazing therapists at my practice to start your journey. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), the former Mental Health Clinician for the Toronto Raptors, and the current Sports Psychology Counselor for Pepperdine University.
