Jeffi Farquharson Counselling & Psychotherapy

Summary

I use a variety of strategies to help people heal from the past, live more fully in the present, and build a new future deeply grounded in their personal values.

In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress and develop new skills and coping strategies. During treatment we may use EMDR or Somatic Experiencing to help you achieve lasting change gently and quickly.

I believe deeply in every person's capacity to heal and grow when given a safe, supportive, and respectful place that allows them to do so.
