In my practice, I utilize a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet each individual's unique needs. I draw upon evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, Flash Technique, Mindfulness-based techniques, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, to guide my therapeutic interventions.
