I am a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). As a therapist, I believe that every person has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I work collaboratively with my clients to develop tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals. My approach helps the client to identify patterns in their life and to understand the underlying causes of their difficulties. I provide services both virtually and in-person in both English and Portuguese.
