Description
I work with teens and adults who are exploring their identity or navigating life as trans, nonbinary, or gender-diverse. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or lost. You might be dealing with anxiety or depression, going through a transition, or facing challenges in school, work, or relationships that are making life difficult to enjoy. Together, we’ll figure out who you are, who you want be, and how to get there. In our sessions, we’ll explore the challenges and wins that have shaped you, so you can build confidence, find happiness, and gain insight.
