Description
My name is Lauren and I am an artist and registered art psychotherapist (qualifying) living in Hamilton, Ontario. I use art to help me make sense of the world around me (and within me). I believe that each client is the expert of themselves and holds the answers within themselves, and that my role, along with creative expression, is to help you find those answers. I invite creativity to our sessions to allow you to feel more present, grounded and safe.
