I am a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of InnerLinks Psychotherapy and Counselling Services in Mississauga, Ontario. I support my clients through a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, interpersonal difficulties and vocational issues. I utilize an eclectic approach with evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Trauma Informed practice. I provide in-person, virtual and phone services.
