Description
Therapy is a journey filled with stories, memories, moments of realization and self-discovery. As we embark on this journey, I will help you raise more awareness about yourself and build a better relationship with your truest self. After working in England for 4 years with adolescents and young adults. I went back to Pakistan where I worked extensively with the same age group. I helped young individuals struggling with Addiction, Anxiety, Body Dysmorphia, Depression, Eating Disorders and helped them explore their gender and sexuality. Looking forward to working with you.
