Description
My clients come to me when struggling with ADHD, anger, stress, depression and anxiety, and menstrual issues, including PMDD/PMS and perimenopause. Together, we create a collaborative plan to help you feel heard and understood. I am a behavioural-focused therapist focusing on CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness, and I am trained in EMDR. I provide an emphatic and understanding space to share, and together, we formulate a plan to help reduce symptoms and find peace and happiness.

Summary
Offering integrated therapy both in person and online, Impart Therapy provides CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, client centred, and EMDR therapeutic approaches. I have a special interest in working with people struggling with anger, stress, and anxiety, as well as women with menstrual issues, including PMDD/PMS, perimenopause, and those coping with miscarriage and infertility. Too often, people are challenged with debilitating issues and suffer in silence.
