Description
I am a trauma-informed and relational Clinician. We all have a strong desire to feel 'listened to' and 'understood' by our families and circle of care. Our voices in not being heard or silenced can often lead us to feel resentful, lonely, frustrated, or even angry. This void is one of the biggest contributors to being distant, have conflict in our relationships with ourselves, others, and society. If you feel numb or out of control, please know there is the immense power of healing in sharing your experiences and communicating your needs. Let me help you find ways to express yourself safely.
