Description

My areas of focus include counselling for depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, self-improvement, and relationship issues. Individual counselling is also offered for improving self-esteem/confidence, anger management, grief, compassionate fatigue, and adverse childhood experiences.  I utilize evidence-based treatment methods including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person Centered, and EMDR. 

I am committed to being a personable, empathetic, and respectful therapist with a safe and warm office space in downtown St Thomas.
