Description
I am a specialized individual, couple, and family therapist. My practice is generalized, and I work with most areas of concern. Currently, my focus includes loneliness, worry, relationship conflict and lack of connection, differences in parenting approaches, and questions about compatibility in your relationships. My aim is to help you navigate difficult life situations and decisions with integrity, to strengthen you and your relationships, and to enhance your sense of ease, comfort, and confidence as you move through the world.
