Description
Major life events can evoke different emotions: excitement, sadness, fear, and uncertainty, it can be overwhelming. I thrive in helping individuals and couples process, understand and adjust to life events. It can be challenging to say out loud why this place may not feel completely like home or why your children may feel very different from you. I provide deep compassion, understanding and empathy. I hold a special interest in working with immigrant populations. I think all of us can have the opportunity to understand motives and transform patterns that allow us to grow emotionally .
