Description

I aim to work with you in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental way to help support you to build on your strengths. I am also a strong believer in a collaborative approach and am passionate about working with you.

My previous work experience with people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder helped me gain a vast amount of knowledge utilizing behavioural strategies. Recently, I have also developed an interest in employing other therapeutic approaches to assist with a range of mental health issues.
