Description
Welcome, I am so glad you are here. My approach to therapy is holistic, I believe in working collaboratively with clients to create goals and treatments that reflect the strengths and needs of each client. I use an integrated approach that is tailored to the needs of the client. My goal is to offer a space that encourages hope, healing, and growth in those I support. In addition, I have had many lived experiences including career transitions, interpersonal relationships, health concerns, and the grief and loss of close relationships and roles.
