Description
I offer individual, couples, and family therapy. I draw on modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I incorporate mindfulness and somatic work into therapy and am trained in trauma-informed practices. I bring a warm, person-centred approach to my work, rooted in empathy and genuine care. I work collaboratively with my clients, drawing on inner strengths and resilience to support personal growth and help them achieve their goals.
