Description
People find me when they are feeling lost, at a crossroads, or want something different in their life. You may want support to process trauma or difficult past experiences, reconciling with past identity challenges and becoming clear on who you are and how you want to live. I can help you with alleviating anxiety, improving mood or processing traumatic experiences, build upon your coping skills and self concept. It is important to me that my patients bring their truth to their therapy sessions, feel heard and valued. You will be welcomed with genuine sincerity and respect.
