I began in the field of psychotherapy and counselling in 1999. I specialize in substance abuse, child and adolescent behaviour, sports psychology, stress, anxiety, depression, relationships and sexual abuse. I am a Certified Substance Abuse Counsellor- Addictions Specialist (CSAC) with a 2 year diploma, Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Masters of Science (M.Sc). I have advanced professional certifications from Yale University and the University of Sydney (AU). I am a Certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Practitioner and Certified Mindfulness (Master) Practitioner.
