Summary
I use a unique approach to treatment for each individual Treatment plans are always tailored to your specific needs. Some of the approaches I use are: Narrative and mindfulness-based therapies Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-informed Therapies In addition, I utilize evidence-based therapies and exercises to help with coping skills, cognitive restructuring, and behavioural alterations.
