Description
My goal is to provide clients with the support and strategies they need to overcome the obstacles preventing them from living their best life. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that is modified to meet each client's needs. I strive to always offer empathy, understanding and a place where they can feel free to express themselves without judgment. I have a passion for treating people of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression and mental health issues. I believe offering the right strategy to overcome challenges can allow individuals to focus on their unique strengths.
