Description
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a primary focus in trauma, sexual trauma, and first responders. I use a trauma-informed, holistic approach to psychotherapy, meaning that I work with you to identify your goals and challenges, and always place you in control of the session. I tailor my treatment approach to your specific needs, drawing from person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy. I also work with clients with mood challenges, anxiety, relationship issues, and more.
