Description
In my work, I draw inspiration from my own cultural experiences and am committed to supporting other women of colour on their mental health journeys. Having lived through my own experience with a chronic disease, I’m passionate about supporting clients who have experienced similar challenges with their health. Along with this, I can help you work through trauma, attachment issues, and childhood events. By asking thoughtful questions and encouraging a shared feeling of honesty, kindness, and curiosity, my goal is for you to leave each session feeling lighter and full of hope.

Grey Couch Counselling and Psychotherapy
Summary
Grey Couch Counselling and Psychotherapy is a movement dedicated to providing a safe, brave, and compassionate space for those who find themselves in a “grey” area. In life, oftentimes things aren’t easy to understand, express or navigate, there are things that lie in the grey space. It may seem easy to others, you may feel like you are wandering in a weird space, feeling alone, and trying your best to work through this. But you are not alone. At The Grey Couch, you will work with someone through therapeutic techniques to get yourself out of the grey and back into an experience full of color.
