Description
When something in your life feels confusing, sticky, and not quite black or white... that’s what I like to call the “grey” stuff. It happens to all of us. My job is to provide you with a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space to explore those feelings. At Grey Couch Counselling and Psychotherapy, I have a two-step approach. 1. I’ll help you work through the “grey” stuff going on in your life right now. 2. I’ll provide you with the tools, resources, and community you need to confidently navigate the world outside of the therapy room.

Grey Couch Counselling and Psychotherapy
Summary
Grey Couch Counselling and Psychotherapy is a movement dedicated to providing a safe, brave, and compassionate space for those who find themselves in a “grey” area. In life, oftentimes things aren’t easy to understand, express or navigate, there are things that lie in the grey space. It may seem easy to others, you may feel like you are wandering in a weird space, feeling alone, and trying your best to work through this. But you are not alone. At The Grey Couch, you will work with someone through therapeutic techniques to get yourself out of the grey and back into an experience full of color.
