I hold a Masters of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling and am a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying). For the past 20 years I have been successfully supporting and counselling clients throughout the Windsor and Essex County area and assisting them with their personal self-growth. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I am here to help achieve a more positive outlook on life, and provide you with the tools necessary to get you there.
