You may find yourself burdened by trauma, loss, or the sense that existence has become unmoored from meaning. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from adolescents confronting the threshold to older adults grappling with questions of identity and purpose. You don't need to bring coherent goals, answers, or even questions to me. Uncertainty itself can be the start. My approach is not to "fix" but to cultivate a different quality of attentiveness to you that allows for resurfacing and movement. If this speaks to you, we can begin.

Perhaps there's a quiet questioning within you that resists speech, or the vertigo of loneliness, the unbearable weight of being. I work with individuals grappling with identity, purpose, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, or the question of how to continue. My approach is not to "fix" but to cultivate a different quality of attentiveness that allows for resurfacing and movement. I offer EMDR/psychotherapy and psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
