Throughout her practice, Virginia has supported adults struggling with symptoms resulting from trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, domestic abuse, and life transitions. Virginia tailors the treatment according to the client’s needs from an integrative perspective that includes Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, and Systemic Therapy. Based on the premise that every person is unique, Virginia focuses on creating a relaxed, safe, respectful, and warm atmosphere to establish a solid foundation for collaborative work towards healing.
