Description
I am an advocate for social & personal wellbeing, supporting individuals in finding their true self, accompanying them on their journey of self-discovery, and awakening their inner wisdom. I believe that social evolution begins with personal transformation. I´m experienced working with individuals addressing issues related to sexuality such as gender identity, relationship issues (monogamous & non-monogamous), LGBTQIA+ people, HIV/AIDS status, & sexual dysfunctions. I also provide support for the grieving process, life transitions, immigration-related stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTDS.

- I have training in Sex therapy, Gestalt-Relational therapy, as a Trauma specific clinician, Mindfulness and DBT informed. In addition, I work within a feminist, anti-oppressive and anti-racist framework. My 8+ years of experience and ongoing training allows me to work in a co-created space with my clients to help them contact their here-and-now experience. I support them to find a greater understanding of themselves, to find hope and to reach a higher state of awareness.
